1 / 4 a cup of Worcestershire Sauce
Juanita’s Italian Beef Seasoning packet
You need a hot container that holds up to 6 cups of hot items and a whisk.
3 1 /2 Cups of hot water into your pot simmering water to 180′ to 205′ deg.
Then add 1 / 4 cup of Worcestershire sauce and Juanita’s Italian seasoning in while whisking it all in for 5 minutes or so.
MEAT MUST BE COOKED BEFORE ADDING TO JUICE.
THEN ADD MEAT !

BEST MEAT FOR ITALIAN BEEF MUST BE THIN SLICED BEFORE OR AFTER COOKED. EYE OF ROUND OR TOP OR BOTTOM BEEF.
NO SEASONING NEEDED ON BEEF WHILE COOKING NOT EVEN SALT NOR PEPPER.
