
- Ingredients
- Taste of Juanita’s gravy mix {1/2 use of our regular package}
- Taste of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
- Taste of Juanita’s regular seasoning
- Taste of Juanita’s stock mix {recipe below}
- 8 cups of hot water
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 1/2 tbsp of Juanita’s spicy
- 6tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning, mix well {whisk works great}
- Celery
- Green onions
- ¾ cup of melted butter
- 3 cans of cream of celery
- 1 can of cream chicken
- 8 to 10 drops of yellow food color
- 2 lbs. of small macaroni shells {or your choice of size}
- 4 bags of 8oz cheese of your choice one of each. I used 2 blend pizza- 4 blend Mexican style-mozzarella and mild cheddar
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 6 beaten eggs
Instructions
- First ingredients: boil macaroni in recipe below
- {12} cups of hot water-4 tbsp of olive-1 tbsp of Juanita’s spicy seasoning-6 tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning. Bring to boil before placing in macaroni.
- {2} lbs. of small macaroni shells. Boiled at high for 7 to 10 minutes only. Then drain rinse, sit to the side till needed. In a separate container put together.{1} cup of Juanita’s stock mix
- {3/4} cup of melted butter
- {3} cans of cream of celery
- {1} can of cream of chicken
- {5} drops of yellow food coloring
- {2} cups of whole milk
- {6} beaten eggs
- {1/2} tbsp of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
- {1-1/2} tbsp of Juanita’s gravy mix [this is half the package]
- {4} tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning
- Mix well
Tips for the best results
• Do not substitute.
• Make sure your ending baking pan is large enough
To ensure your baking pan is large enough, fill it no more two-thirds full to prevent overflowing.
Always taste as your food while building it, but watch tasting raw eggs.
Now get yourself a big enough container to hold the total amount to be cooked as you put together the complete recipe.

Mix well all the ingredients above into your baking container to be baked at 375 deg. For 45 to 60 minutes uncovered!
