Baked Broccoli Cheese Wrapped With Ham
Clean and cut the stalk off the broccoli about 1 inch below the base season of the florets.
Bring a pot of seasoned water to a boil that only about 1 inch covering broccoli
Your seasoned water will consist of 1 tbsp of Juanita’s spicy and 3 tbsp of our taste of
Juanita’s regular seasoning.
Once it turns bright green or boil no more than 15 minutes, then remove from water.
After broccoli is drained lay out and [lightly] season all over. Lay your ham or your choice of meat on a flat surface.
Then take a slice of cheese {your favorite} place at the edge of your meat then broccoli
After that wrap and place in casserole. You can use wooden or steel toothpicks to hole
Your wraps together. After all wraps are completed and in casserole top with shredded
Mozzarella cheese or the cheese of your choice. Cook at 375 deg. For 20 minutes.
