Shrimp Batter

• 1 cup of flour
• ½ tsp of baking powder
• ½ tsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning
• ½ to ¾ cup of your favorite beer

Mix flour, baking powder, and Juanita’s regular seasoning all together

Then slowly add beer while whisking to semi – thick consistency dip into

Batter and go straight to be deep fried at med/high

Now for the shrimp

Peel, de-vein and clean your shrimp!

Lightly season shrimp with Juanita’s spicy seasoning {trust me}

Then place spicy seasoned shrimp into your beer batter then go straight to the fryer

Deep fry at med/high heat till golden brown or at 140/145 temperature
