TASTE OF JUANITA’S ITALIAN BEEF

First cook your meat. Do not add any seasoning

Eye of round steak

Beef top or bottom round

After meat cool down slice it thin

Once your meat is done

 

YOU will NEED:

7 Cups of water

1/2 cup of Worcestershire Sauce

1 pack of Italian Beef seasoning

A CONTAINER THAT HOLDS UP TO 10 CUPS OR MORE, and a whisk.

 

Pour 7 cups of water in your pot

Boil water to 180 to 205 degrees

Then add 1/2 cup of Worcestershire Sauce, whisk it in for a minute or 5

Then add our Italian Beef Seasoning into your pot with the mixture of water, whisk

As you pour it in whisk for at least 5 minutes.

 

NOW YOU CAN ADD YOUR MEAT: ENJOY!!

THE MEAT MUST BE COOKED BEFORE YOU ADD IT INTO THE SEASONED JUICE.

LET MEAT SIMILAR IN JUICE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. BEST SERVED ON FRENCH BREAD WITH GARDENIA TOPPINGS AND HOT PEPPERS IF DESIRED.
