1 tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning
1 cup of milk

It’s time to layer up now!
Start your bottom off by completely covering the bottom with potatoes
Then just cover your first layer of potatoes with your milk broth, [note! Just to the top of the potatoes! [no more].
Then use half of your cottage cheese on the first layer.
Then use 1/2 of each pack of your 8oz cheese {3} choice on this layer as well.
Then half your lasagna tray should be your choice of meat. I chose beef & pork.
Next layer should be potatoes {you may want to use your hands at this point and push down to pack from over spillage]
Then the rest of your cottage cheese
Then add your remaining meat choice. [be sure to place your meat on the same side as you did your first layer!]
Please do this use a spatula to break your sizes free to help add your broth at the end.
Now you only need 1/2 of each pack of the 3 cheeses you have left.
1/2 of the 3 cheeses left.
Pour just a little of your milk broth in center pan of lasagna and the rest down the side. Bake at 375 for 45 to 60 minutes.
