Fried Chicken, Fish And Ribs

For best results season and let food absorb for 3 days {marinate}

Good for all meats

Clean and remove all the yellow film from leg area.

Optional {remove skin}

Generously season all parts of your chicken

Then flour your chicken, remove extra flour before placing it in hot grease.

The flour can be seasoned with our regular seasoning or use unseasoned flour.

At 365 degrees to 375 deg oil should be before placing chicken in.

Fry until golden brown or done whichever first.

Minimum internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit good to eat, chicken breast 180f.

Cornbread Dressing

You can make your own / cornbread from scratch or just use jiffy

  • 6 boxes of 8.5oz of jiffy corn muffin mix [follow cooking instructions]
  • 1 stick of [melted] butter
  • ¾ pack of chopped celery
  • 2 stalks of chopped green onions
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 2 boxes of chicken stock or as I do make my own with our regular seasoning.

I make it with just hot water and little butter,1 tbsp spicy seasoning and start with 4 tbsp of taste of Juanita’s regular seasoning. Using whisk and tasting as you go.

Just add to taste. Just taste it as you add our seasoning to the water. Use whisk and taste as you add just that easy!

Mix the above ingredients together well, then place in casserole pan.

Before placing it into the oven if it’s too thick for you all you need to do is add milk

If you would like it thinner. Cook at 350 deg. For 45 to 60 minutes uncovered.

Taste Of Juanita’s Potato Salad

Items needed:

  • 5 lbs bag of potatoes
  • Miracle whip
  • Butter
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • Sugar
  • White vinegar
  • Yellow mustard
  • Cream of celery
  • Taste of Juanita’s regular seasoning
  • Taste of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
  • Paprika for garnish

6 hard boiled eggs in a separate pot

3 pounds of cut potatoes into ¾-inch chunks

Do not put potatoes in water until it’s boiling

7 cups of hot water in a pot for potatoes add

  • 1 Tbsp of taste of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
  • 4 Tbsp of taste of Juanita’s regular seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp of butter

Boil for 15 minutes only drain and let cool

While potatoes are cooling put together your salad by peeling your 6 eggs and dicing the eggs and add into your mixing bowl then add:

  • ¼ cup of cream of celery
  • ½ cup of miracle whip
  • 1 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning
  • ½ tsp of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
  • 3 pounds of ¾ chunks potatoes

Mix well and serve

Taste of Juanita’s Quick Cheese Chicken Bow-tie Pasta

Items needed around the house to make this dish!

  • 15 oz jar of alfredo sauce
  • 8 ounces less or more of hopefully three different types of cheeses. I used 8 oz myself, put them all together in a separate bowl with mozzarella, sharp cheddar, Colby jack, and triple cheddar but you use your favorite cheese or cheeses!
  • Do the same with your pasta, I chose bow tie pasta. [1] 12 oz bag of bow tie style pasta or any style of your pasta choice of 12 ounces.
  • Milk of choice
  • Oil or butter- you choose!
  • 2 nice size chicken breasts

Start out with 2 pots of boiling water 1 for the pasta and the other for the 2 chicken breasts.

In the pot for the 2 chicken breast add:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cups of hot water
  • 1 tbsp of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning

Do not put chicken in till water brought to a boil!

Boil no more than 35 minutes. Let cool, then shred your breast, place to the side until needed.

  • 5 cups of hot water with [your choice of using olive oil or butter]
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter
  • 3 tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning
  • 12 ounces of pasta
  • 2 breasts

 

Do not put your pasta in until your water comes to a boil. Stir to help keep from being stuck together. Then place your pasta in for 10 to 12 minutes only. Then drain and rinse with hot water for a minute or two. Place to the side till needed.

The other container you need or may not need, all on you! I use a separate container to put together all my ingredients before placing them into cooking casserole. That’s where I mean all on you!

Meanwhile, all that boiling is going on you should be making some extra sauce that’s needed for this recipe.

  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 [15] oz jar of alfredo sauce
  • 3 Tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning
  • 1 tsp of ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp of miracle whip dressing or mayonnaise your choice! Whisk all together, but your choice I add last
  • 1 cup of milk, so if you do add milk {if milk is added} you need 1 / 2 Tbsp of Juanita are regular seasoning more whisk all together and sit a side till needed.

In my separate container I had this where all my ingredients get put together before going into the oven in your casserole or chosen oven container.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Taste Of Juanita’s 5 Bean / Bowtie Pasta Salad

Things you will need:

  • 20 ounces of bow-tie pasta
  • 2 jars of 35.5 oz Paisley Farm 5 bean salad
  • Accent seasoning
  • Italian dressing
  • Taste of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
  • Juanita’s regular seasoning
  • Olive oil

Do not put pasta in water until boiling with all added seasoning below in boiling water

  • 12 cups of hot water to be boiled with
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of taste of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
  • 6 tbsp of taste of Juanita’s regular seasoning

At boiling point, add bow-tie pasta into water

Boil for 7 to 10 minutes and drain and let cool while cooling put together your salad

Drain and rinse both jars of 5 beans then add all below ingredients together

  • 2 jars of 5 beans
  • 20 ounces of bow-tie pasta
  • ½ cup of Italian dressing
  • ½ tbsp of accent seasoning
  • 4 tbsp of taste of Juanita’s regular seasoning
  • 1 tsp of taste of Juanita’s spicy seasoning

Mix well and serve
